PURPOSE:
CareFirst is undertaking a digital transformation which requires enterprise agility paired with the retooling of our technology stack to speed delivery and expand our reach. The Digital Product Management team is leading this charge by advancing our Value Stream ways of working within Product Management and Strategy. To drive this transformation, the Product Manager is a leadership role within the Digital Product Management team that will help drive the maturity of our Product Management capabilities by executing our Product Management Maturity roadmap through the delivery of value within a Value Stream.
Ensures solutions deliver tangible business value by collaborating with Customers, Stakeholders, Solution Management, and User Experience. Develops and maintains the product vision and a flexible roadmap that can be adjusted in response to changing business objectives and customer needs. Partners with Value Stream and Agile Release Train (ART) leadership to define outcomes-based Value Stream Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure predictable delivery of value to our customers. Responsible for defining and prioritizing the program backlog for the product family. Collaborates with Value Stream and ART leadership to ensure Program Increment alignment for the product line, guiding the ART toward successful delivery of value.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
