Resp & Qualifications
PURPOSE:
Plans, organizes, and manages small to mid-scale projects for successful delivery of objectives, on time and within budget. Initiates, engages, and motivates cross-functional teams to deliver results. Identifies and mitigates risk and escalates as needed. Tracks progress and drives documentation to support project needs. Ensures end to end leadership for implementations, integration, business readiness and communications. As Project Manager, you will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). You will be accountable for the entire project scope, managing all phases of the project life-cycle process, from conception/initiation through closing, in order to deliver results. This role will be in the Mandates Implementation section of the EPMO and will handle Regulatory & Compliance projects that may have enterprise wide impact. This position may or may not require handling multiple project simultaneously depending on the scope and complexities of projects assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This position has no direct reports, however, may informally lead teams in a matrix environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 3 years' experience in project related field.

Salary Range: $65,160 - $129,415
