PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Sales Enablement Manager and Network Data Analytics is to execute on business objectives with data and to ensure alignment with the vision of the Network Innovation and Strategy team (the business). The Manager will work across two high profile divisions driving membership growth through Sales-specific data requests with a focus on delivering accurate, market-leading value statements and client satisfaction. The Manager will be on the Value and Sales Enablement team in Health Services Division and work directly with Account Executives, Consultants and the New Business teams in the Sales Division and may be account, broker, and/or consultant facing when needed to support the acquisition of new and renewal business. This individual will be responsible for organizing the technology, processes, associates, and financial resources necessary to address the current and future Sales enablement analytics needs of the business and market with a focus in commercial and Medicare Advantage markets. Provides thought leadership and acts as a subject matter expert in the designing and recommending of appropriate analytical approaches and methodologies. Provides management responsibility into data-driven insights that inform the business's strategic direction. Strong communication skills will be needed to guide stakeholders through key decisions, communicate and coordinate activities internally and across departments. Facilitation of process improvement and identification and articulation of stakeholder needs will be essential to drive strategies and maximize outcomes related to ROI, customer satisfaction, and organizational metrics and performance. This manager will lead a team of 4-6 FTEs.
Note: We are looking for an experienced people leader in the greater Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area who is willing and able to work in a hybrid model. The incumbent will be expected to work a portion of their week from home and at least two days a week at a CareFirst location based on business needs and work activities/deliverables that week

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Licenses/Certifications:
Data Management\Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Upon Hire Preferred or Data Management\MapR Certified Data Analyst Upon Hire Preferred.

Salary Range: $124,240 - $230,621
