Resp & Qualifications
PURPOSE:
The Consultant, Business Consulting Group within Enterprise Strategy, leads the development of data-informed insights and recommendations to enable executive decision-making to address CareFirsts most pressing challenges. This position will interact frequently with and support senior and executive leadership and oversee project team members. The position may collaborate with other Enterprise Strategy sibling teams to deliver projects, e.g., Competitive Intelligence & Data and Analytics; Care Delivery Strategy; Planning & Governance and / or Corporate Development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree preferably in business administration, economics or other analytical field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 8 years of experience in strategic planning with 3 to 5 years strategy consulting, internal consulting or finance.

Salary Range: $109,368 - $217,217
