As a Senior Contract Specialist, you will be responsible to ensure that all master templates for insurance/disability contracts, benefit guides and other supportive forms are drafted, filed timely, installed in production, legally compliant, and are met with a high level of customer satisfaction.
This position provides the opportunity to analyze proposed product designs and changes to contracts, forms and documents. In doing so you may have the opportunity to consult with internal stakeholders such Legal Staff, Medical Policy, Government Affairs, Pharmacy and others. You will also review, interpret and respond to account specific RFPs, RFIs and other customized requests.
