Resp & Qualifications
Support for various technical solutions in production and plan test (user acceptance testing) environments.
Provide Tier 1 support for Customers which includes Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans, the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, vendors and the FEPOC staff.
These positions are shifts, 6 am – 6 pm, and 6 pm – 6 am. 4 days on and 3 days. The evening shift, 6 pm – 6 am, is entitled to a 10% pay differential.
This position requires a BA/BS in computer science or similar discipline or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of industry experience as a Senior Developer. Specific requirements include, but are not limited to:
