Resp & Qualifications
This internship is for a motivated, undergraduate level student interested in a career in Human Resources (HR), Compensation or a related discipline and an interest in the health insurance industry. There will be particular emphasis on statistical analysis in this role.
This internship offers the opportunity to work with a variety of internal clients and exposure to senior level leadership as well as experience with Compensation projects. This is a part-time position in the Human Resources Department that reports to the Manager of Compensation. Work hours will be approximately 20 per week.
Principle responsibilities will include participation on projects and day to day tasks such as the Salary Survey Submittals, Administrative Processes, Annual Job Evaluation Process, CAD, and Incentive. Role on these projects will include, but may not be limited to:
