ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Position requires a Bachelors degree in a Human Resources related field (Masters degree preferred) or equivalent work experience, as well as 4-7 years current related experience as a Human Resources Generalist. Thorough knowledge of HR theory and practices affecting change management, performance management, employment law, employee relations, training delivery, coaching, compensation, benefits, EEO/affirmative action, and employment are required. Knowledge of business consulting techniques, ability to analyze Human Resources business implications and effectively work with senior and middle management in a business partnership, and skill in developing and delivering written and oral presentations for a variety of audiences are also required. Also required is proficiency to include spreadsheet (Excel preferred) and HR reported development and design. Travel may be required.
