The Federal Employee Program® Operations Center (FEPOCSM) is seeking a graphic designer with strong skills in presentation design, brand identity, marketing and communications collateral, digital and web communications media, and data visualization.
The FEPOC is a leading provider of technology solutions and services for the Federal Employee Program®, which provides health insurance to 5.4 million federal employees, retirees and their families on behalf of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) and 36 independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) companies.
This position will work collaboratively with the Strategic Communications team and various stakeholders to execute on a variety of projects including PowerPoint presentations, brand development, conference creative, digital newsletters, reports, landing pages or microsites, animations and information graphics that communicate the FEPOC story and engage customers through visual story-telling and compelling print and digital media.
The candidate should have the ability to communicate a brand, product or project through clean, impactful design. Must be able to translate content into a storyboard to ensure presentations convey the intent of the content and work collaboratively with writers and editors.
