PURPOSE:
The Supervisor, Broker Contract provides high level administrative and operational support to Brokers. Supervise and oversee all administrative functionalities of all Broker Contracting and Onboarding Processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Education Details:
Experience: 3 years client, customer service, operations or Broker distribution experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
3 years supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Proficiency
Strong inter-personal and teaming skills - Advanced
High level analytical and statistical ability required to resolve spreadsheet report issues - Advanced
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Advanced
Ability to interact effectively with people at different organizational levels, both internally and externally. - Advanced
Additional Skills and Abilities

Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
